A business line is a phone number CallAid answers on for your business. Solo includes one, Business includes two, and Team includes three for multi-site or multi-line teams.

When does billing start after the trial?

Nothing is charged during the free trial. When you subscribe after the trial (or early), Stripe charges your chosen plan and renews monthly or yearly from that date.
