Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 April 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CallAid’s websites, applications, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CallAid provides tools to help businesses capture and follow up on missed calls and leads, including AI assisted voice, SMS, dashboards, and optional integrations such as calendar connections. Features may change as we improve the product; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the Service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly at support@callaid.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:
- Use the Service in violation of law or regulation, or to send spam, harass others, or harm individuals;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service in ways that burden or compromise security;
- Use the Service to process special category data beyond what is lawful and necessary for your use case, without appropriate safeguards;
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and fees
Some features require a paid subscription or usage based charges. Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are shown at checkout or in your account, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process we provide. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice where required by law.
6. Third party services
The Service may integrate with third party platforms (for example telephony, calendar, AI voice, or payment providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third party services outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
CallAid and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content we create. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription or trial, in line with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation, or that the Service will meet every business outcome. AI generated outputs may be imperfect; you remain responsible for decisions you make based on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallAid and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us for the Service in that period, or (b) one hundred British pounds (£100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify CallAid against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Term and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
